User Data Deletion

1. Overview

You may at any time request complete deletion of your account and the personal data we hold about you. You may also delete specific content (a chart, a dialogue session) directly in the app, without deleting the entire account.

2. What you can delete

• Your entire account — all personal data, charts, dialogues, favorites and settings.
• A specific chart — available in the app under Account → My Charts.
• Individual dialogue history — available within each dialogue.

3. How to request full deletion

1. Send an email to contato@soulsyn.com from the email address registered in your SoulSyn account.
2. Subject: "Data Deletion Request — [your registered email]".
3. In the body, confirm the request and (optionally) the reason. You can use the button below to open a pre-filled email.
4. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
5. We will complete deletion within 30 calendar days, as required by LGPD Art. 18 §3.

4. What will be deleted

• Identity data (name, email, profile picture, phone, gender).
• Birth data of all charts (date, time, place, person's name).
• Natal charts, relationship charts and associated settings.
• Full dialogue history and messages.
• Favorites and preferences.
• Push notification tokens.
• OAuth login tokens (Google and Facebook will be revoked; your session will be terminated).

5. What we keep (anonymized)

• Financial records (amounts, dates and transaction IDs) — anonymized regarding personal identification and retained for 5 years, as required by Brazilian tax law (Law 8.846/94 Art. 4).
• Aggregate technical logs without personal identifiers.

6. For Facebook Login users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can revoke the SoulSyn app's access at any time at: Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → SoulSyn → Remove. Important: revoking access only disables Facebook login but does not delete your data from SoulSyn. To erase your data, use the procedure described in section 3 above.
